Please order from our shopping cart. Fill in your correct information such as the email address & shipping details.
You will receive a confirmation email from QutieLand web shop. Our stock situation will be shown in the message. If the order is applicable, Paypal invoice including postage charge in full amount will be sent. Please pay when you receive the Paypal invoice.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your purchase will be start on process / schedule on delivery. As soon as your purchase is ready, your parcel will be shipped to your shipping address. A notify email with shipping track number will be sent.
For special order, please make the order by email.
For shoes reservation, non-refundable deposit will be ask.
For the final balance, you will receive the invoice before the shoes release. Invoice must been paid within 1 month from the send out date, otherwise the order will be cancel and the deposit will not refund.

Custom, Duties, Tax
QutieLand will not charge you any sales tax on top of your order. However, you might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package. Please inquire at your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws.
Refund & Exchange
Please choose your items carefully before placing order.
We do not take responsibility for Refund & Exchange due to the following reasons:
1) fix size garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)
2) do not like overall look of item (cutting/material/colour etc)
3) damages during transportation
4) damages after washing. Most Lolita garments, especially those with print and embroidery would prefer dry clean or other special care.
Please check all the information and choose carefully before you place the order.
We would only take the responsibility for the following reasons:
1) different item (model/color/fix size) from the one purchased is received
2) item is damaged/defective due to manufacturer’s fault
Claim must be filed within 7 days from the time order is received. Evidence must be provided (e.g. Picture of the items) when file a claim.
3) after we offered the options to resolve the issue on the order, please accept or respond that within 30 days. If we didn not hear the respond from the customer after that period (30 days), the offer will be closed and would not valid anymore.
4) in case the customers not satisfy with the product (in certain situation) after received, and after agreement with us to return the product. The postage fee got to be responsible by the customer unless further discussion with us.
If there are any issues after received the items (especially tailormake products), we would try out best find the best way to resolve it.
